And it starts with self analysis. It helps you to being aware of your capabilities, your environment, your strength, your weakness – and become the best version of yourself.

It allows you to focus on what really matters to you and improve the quality of life.

The person who knows you better than anyone else is YOU.

So start spending some time with you in order to become an effective individual.

    It is really helpful for me. I would say one thing very honestly here the points which you have shared with me here “All the points and things I know very well but I ignore these points”.

    Career & Work – 100
    Productivity – 65
    Health & well-being – 70
    Personal Relationship – 70
